Our Policies

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy
• Children under the age of 8 stay free
• Children 9 to 15 - $5.00 per night
• Rates include state and local taxes
• Reservations require a deposit of $50.00 per room
• No room will be reserved until deposit is received
• Upon receiving deposit, a receipt will be sent to you confirming your reservation
• All cancellations must be made within seven (7) days prior to check in
• Deposits are non-refundable if notification is not done within cancellation policy requirement
• Non-Smoking Environment. A $25.00 fee will be added if this policy is broken
• We accept, CASH or CHECK ONLY
• Guest check-in times is from 5:00pm to 11:00pm or by special arrangements
• Check-out time is by 11:00 am
• No pets allowed
• We are open ALL year
• We reserve the right to change or discount our rates for special circumsatnces
• Customers have the right to ask for price without breakfast when making reservations
